**Position Description**
The Rare Diseases Marketing and Medical Senior Director will be in charge of leading the development and support the implementation of Rare Disease strategies across Latin America.
Build and align comprehensive commercial and medical strategies to drive the growth of the Rare Disease portfolio, ensuring seamless execution of commercial and medical initiatives for the expanding the portfolio.
Key responsabilities:
- Own the Rare Disease therapy area, including P&L management and strategy development, leading cross-functional LATAM teams to build strategic approaches and action plans for Rare Disease.
- Represent LATAM in Global, IO, and regional CBTs, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
