About The Role

Myticas Consulting is seeking a RAN Performance and Optimization Engineer to support a leading telecommunications provider in Toronto. In this role, you will focus on LTE and 5G NSA/SA radio access network (RAN) performance, driving KPI improvements across coverage, throughput, load balancing, and service quality.

You will own end-to-end performance analysis and optimization cycles: collecting and analyzing network data, identifying abnormalities, diagnosing root causes, and recommending parameter tuning, feature trials, and software upgrades to meet stringent contractual KPIs.
