Job Description / Key Responsibilities

• Work with telecom vendor Cloud CME and other vendor tools for scripting, integrations, and operational support
• Perform BTS-level activities, including expansion, BBU migration, upgrades, and swap operations
• Handle and maintain telecom equipment such as BTS 3900, BTS 5900, and other related vendor products
• Support and troubleshoot telecom equipment across multiple vendors (preferred)
• Provide clear technical guidance and instructions to subcontractor teams
