The R&D Manager – Pet Nutrition SEA leads innovation, optimization, and renovation projects for ADM’s pet nutrition business in Southeast Asia. This role is responsible for developing nutritionally balanced pet foods, treats, and snacks, while also driving initiatives that strengthen production and development capabilities.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create safe, high-quality, and fully compliant products across all pet food categories. Collaboration with quality assurance, regulatory, marketing, and global technical teams is key to ensuring successful project delivery and alignment with ADM’s global pet nutrition strategy.
