- Establish the company's R&D and Innovation strategy; manage the annual roadmap and budget.
- Lead projects focused on developing new materials for engineering plastics.
- Conduct improvement projects aimed at enhancing existing product performance and reducing production costs.
- Plan laboratory studies and product testing processes; analyze and report results.
- Provide technical leadership during pilot production and mass production transition phases.
- Develop customized formulations and engineering solutions based on customer requirements.
- Ensure effective R&D project planning, resource management, risk analysis, and technical documentation.
- Manage application and execution processes for R&D support programs such as TÜBİTAK, KOSGEB, and Horizon Europe.
