Ramp Safety Specialist

Position Summary

We’re looking for motivated, engaged people to help make everyone’s journeys better. We are looking for someone with a passion for Health & Safety and Training, for a supervisory level role in our Toronto Flight Kitchen. Reporting into the Manager, Operations, Safety, this position is responsible for promoting and maintaining a strong safety culture across airside operations, with a primary focus on ramp activities and compliance. This role ensures adherence to company, customer, and regulatory safety requirements through proactive monitoring, coaching, and reporting. The position also supports interior safety through participation in incident investigations and corrective action, as required.
