About the Role

Currently, we are seeking motivated and experienced individuals to join our growing team as a Raise Bore Operators in Matachewan, Ontario . We are actively looking to fill multiple positions. This position plays a critical role in overseeing the safe and efficient execution of raise boring operations to support the continued success of our underground projects. The key responsibilities of the Raise bore Operator include but are not limited to:

• Operate raise boring machines to drill vertical and inclined shafts according to project specifications
• Perform setup, alignment, and operation of raise boring equipment (pilot and reaming stages)
• Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments as required to maintain accuracy and efficiency
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance
