Raise Bore Operators

Currently, we are seeking motivated and experienced individuals to join our growing team as a Raise Bore Operator in Matachewan, Ontario . We are actively looking to fill multiple positions. This position plays a critical role in overseeing the safe and efficient execution of raise boring operations to support the continued success of our underground projects.

• Operate raise boring machines to drill vertical and inclined shafts according to project specifications
• Perform setup, alignment, and operation of raise boring equipment (pilot and reaming stages)
• Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments as required to maintain accuracy and efficiency
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance
• Ensure proper handling of consumables, tooling, and support equipment
