Railway Network Planner (Freight)

Our client

is seeking a Railway Network Planner (International) for an intermittent assignment to assist in reviewing and validating deliverables related to the key aspects of the feasibility study for the Subic-Clark-Manila-Batangas (SCMB) Railway Project being prepared by the Main Consultant engaged by DOTr under the IPIF.
