Responsibilities

• As a Railroad Switchman at ConGlobal, you will play a critical role in the safe and efficient movement of railcars within our terminal. You’ll be responsible for monitoring and aligning track switch points, inspecting track conditions, and safely coupling and uncoupling railcars. This hands-on role requires physical strength, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to operational safety.
