Core Responsibilities

  • Imaging Procedures: Perform a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures (X-ray, Fluoroscopy) in accordance with radiation safety protocols.
  • Patient Care: Prepare and position patients for imaging, explain procedures, and ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the process.
  • Technical Quality: Evaluate images for technical quality (positioning, technique, and identification) to ensure diagnostic accuracy for the Radiologist.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain highly specialized imaging equipment; report malfunctions and perform routine quality control checks.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and the emergency department to prioritize urgent diagnostic needs.
Key Requirements
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
