POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the supervision of the Radiology manager and/or Lead Technologist the Staff Technologist will perform radiographic and other related duties as needed to facilitate workflow and promote health care. Staff Technologists will operate radiologic equipment safely and competently to produce quality routine diagnostic radiographs as directed by physicians according to established standards and protocols.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Staff Technologists will operate radiologic equipment safely and competently to produce quality routine diagnostic radiographs as directed by physicians according to established standards and protocols.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Assists physicians in invasive and noninvasive procedures using proper sterile techniques.
- Obtains and reviews documentation before performing exam. ie Physician Prescription, Consent Form, and Contrast Media Questionnaire.
- QC's all exams in RISynergy as the exam is completed to ensure accurate historical report data.
