Role Overview
The selected engineer will act as the
customer interface
, responsible for RF optimization activities while engaging directly with the customer on a daily basis. This role requires strong technical expertise combined with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Onsite : Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia (Mobile)
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the
customer-facing RF representative
for Techbros - Handle
daily technical discussions and coordination
with the customer - Perform and support
RF optimization activities
for
LTE and 5G networks - Conduct
drive test analysis
and provide optimisation insights - Analyse and optimise network performance based on
KPI-driven metrics - Clearly explain technical findings, progress, and recommendations to the customer
Requirements:
- 7–10 years of experience
in
RF Optimization
