About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced RF & Network Engineer to manage, troubleshoot, and optimize wireless communication infrastructure at our mining operations in Odisha. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands‑on expertise in Wi‑Fi deployment, Point‑to‑Point (PTP) & Point‑to-Multi-Point (PTMP) wireless links, network maintenance, and field technical support , especially in challenging outdoor and rugged terrains.
Key Responsibilities :
RF & Wireless Communication
- Design, deploy, and maintain Wi‑Fi zones across mining areas, administrative blocks, and outdoor operational locations.
- Set up, optimize, and troubleshoot PTP and PTMP wireless links for long‑range connectivity inside the mine and remote monitoring points.
- Conduct RF surveys, link budget analysis, and site feasibility assessments.
