Job Description
About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced RF & Network Engineer to manage, troubleshoot, and optimize wireless communication infrastructure at our mining operations in Odisha. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands‑on expertise in Wi‑Fi deployment, Point‑to‑Point (PTP) & Point‑to-Multi-Point (PTMP) wireless links, network maintenance, and field technical support , especially in challenging outdoor and rugged terrains.
Key Responsibilities :
RF & Wireless Communication
Design, deploy, and maintain Wi‑Fi zones across mining areas, administrative blocks, and outdoor operational locations.
Set up, optimize, and troubleshoot PTP and PTMP wireless links for long‑range connectivity inside the mine and remote monitoring points.
Conduct RF surveys, link budget analysis, and site feasibility assessments.

Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure including:
Switches, routers, access points
Patch panels and structu...
