Job Description: The Virtual Directory Engineer will be primarily responsible for interacting with our internal customers. This includes responding to emails, Service Now Incidents, phone calls, instant messages, troubleshooting meetings, etc. They will also need to work with assessment, design, engineering to deploy new changes into production, validate infrastructure state, and respond to engineering requests. Other responsibilities include monitoring alerts and responding accordingly, updating and validating existing documentation, and ad hoc work as appropriate. Our client is building a new Private Cloud infrastructure and this engineer may also contribute to assessing the security controls for the virtual directory / IAM environment in the new Private Cloud (in addition to typical engineering work).
