We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Racker to join our 2nd-shift Finishing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, technical environment and take pride in ensuring every part is properly prepared for downstream finishing operations, this is the role for you. You will spend your shift wiring and fixturing delicate parts onto racks—supporting cleaning, plating, and surface coating processes—while helping maintain a safe, efficient workspace.
**Pay: $18.90 + overtime available**
**Shift: Second (2nd) shift: 3:30pm - 12:00am (midnight), Monday - Friday**
**Responsibilities**
+ Wire or fixture parts onto designated racks per general instructions using copper wire or pre-existing rack fixtures.
+ Read and apply special instructions when required, ensuring correct part orientation and fixturing.
