RAC Funding Assessor

Working as part of a team across Hills, Mallee and Southern, SA areas, you will enjoy autonomy in carrying out your work, traveling to aged care homes to conduct Residential Aged Care Funding Assessments using the AN-ACC tool.

While direct care isn't part of the day-to-day work, you will use your expert clinical skills and knowledge to conduct interviews with residents and staff and review health records to inform the AN-ACC assessment.
