Manufacturing Engineer 2

Studies equipment performance and reliability. Establishes programs and solutions for increasing uptime and for

equipment problems that affect the manufacturing process. Provides technical support to the manufacturing equipment

repair and process engineering organizations.

2 years experience (Electronic PCB solutions)

B.S. in Engineering

Problem solving skills (electronic PCBs)

SMT Equipment programming

Fuji placement equipment

Solder inspection SPI KOHYOUNG equipment

AOI Equipment KOHYUNG, PEMTRON & YESTECH.

Diagnose and repair SMT Equipment

Review and develop maintenance programs.

Inventory analysis for spare parts.

MSA Equipment follow-up.

New technology implementation

Metrics follow-up OEE, Donwtime etc.
