Job Description
- Defining, implementing and/or maintaining R&D strategy, guidelines, systems and services for VISHAY.
- Aligning and ensuring implementation of R&D budgets; monitoring R&D programs and allocating resources.
- Planning and coordinating, and/or implementing R&D projects and processes (i.e., technology research projects, product development programs).
- Leading identification and consolidation of R&D projects in line with technological trends and development plans.
- Coordinating research, development, and pre‑industrialization of products.
- Representing VISHAY's R&D competence externally towards customers, partners, and other relevant stakeholders.
