What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate spot quote requests across our international network
  • Be the main point of contact for customers, ensuring timely and accurate responses
  • Manage customer deadlines and update internal systems consistently
  • Support win‑ratio and revenue growth while delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ensure full compliance with internal procedures and external regulations
  • Collaborate closely with Account Management and partner branches
  • Track KPIs and contribute to performance and process improvements

Qualifications

  • Logistics experience in air, ocean, and/or road freight is valuable but not mandatory — we welcome candidates eager to learn and grow.
  • Knowledge of Incoterms and transport documentation is an advantage.
