Quoting Coordinator (Quotation)

Responsibilities

• Create quote and update quote for revisions per set pricing guidelines
• Create initial Quote Folder with supporting documents
• Download / Upload Specs and Drawings from/to customer sites
• Quote to meet local unique building code requirements
• Locate and retrieve to meet Market Segment or Customer specs
• Quote in accordance with seismic requirements
• Identify and incorporate any special requirements based on Corporate Standards
• Solicit support from Account Manager and other internal departments, as required
• Provide feedback to Account Manager regarding discrepancies, inconsistencies or lack of detail on Specs
• Initiate Scope Request, if required
