Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 17:00, Friday 08:00 - 14:00

Quotation Engineer Position Overview

  • Reviewing customer RFQs, engineering drawings, models and technical specifications.
  • Assessing manufacturing methods, machining processes, cycle times and material requirements.
  • Producing accurate cost estimates and quotations for CNC machined components and assemblies.
  • Liaising with customers regarding technical and commercial queries.
  • Obtaining and evaluating supplier quotations for materials, treatments and subcontract services.
  • Identifying manufacturing risks, opportunities and cost‑saving solutions.
  • Working closely with production, planning and engineering teams to ensure estimates reflect manufacturing capability.
