ACE CPAs provides accrual-based GAAP accounting, monthly close, and financial reporting services to U.S.-based businesses. Our work goes beyond basic bookkeeping and includes structured balance sheet reconciliations, GAAP-level adjustments, reporting-ready financials, and complex cleanup or acquisition-related accounting.
QuickBooks Online is the primary accounting platform for nearly all of our clients, and strong hands-on QBO experience is essential for this role.
We work with growing U.S. companies that expect high-quality accounting, strong judgment, and professionals who can work independently.
This role requires those that can work USA EST Time Zone hours 9AM ET - 6PM ET
