QuickBooks Desktop Integration Developer
Location: India (Freelancer / Remote)
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced QuickBooks Desktop Developer to build, manage, and maintain integrations between QuickBooks Desktop and external systems such as ERP, CRM, web platforms, and APIs. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in QBXML, SDK, and Web Connector-based integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain QuickBooks Desktop integrations
Work with QuickBooks Desktop SDK (QBFC / QBXML)
Implement and manage Web Connector integrations
Fetch and sync data including: Customers, Invoices, Bills, Items, Payments, Vendors
Design two-way synchronization logic
Handle authentication and session management
Troubleshoot Web Connector and sync errors
Optimize performance for large datasets
Maintain technical documentation
