Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper with strong expertise in QuickBooks to manage our company's financial records.
Responsibilities:
-Maintain and update financial records in QuickBooks
-Bank and credit card reconciliations
-Accounts payable and accounts receivable
-Invoicing and expense tracking
-Monthly financial reports
-Clean up and organize existing books (if needed)
Requirements:
-Proven experience with QuickBooks (Online preferred)
-Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
-High attention to detail
-Ability to meet deadlines
-Good communication skills
This is a long-term opportunity for the right candidate.
Contract duration of less than 1 month.
