TheQueue Manageris a pivotal role within our technical support team, responsible for monitoring, governing, and directing the workflow of our team of technicians. The individual in this role will act as a conduit between our technicians, the broader organization, and our clients, ensuring the effective resolution of tasks, adherence to standards and procedures, and the maintenance of excellent communication standards. They will use their problem-solving abilities to ensure our clients' needs are consistently met and even surpassed. The Queue Manager's mission is to empower our technicians to perform their duties in the most efficient way, with the goal of enhancing client satisfaction, team productivity, and our service delivery standards.
