The role
We are looking for a full-time permanent Quarry Worker to join our friendly Hartley team. In this hands-on role, you’ll operate mobile and fixed plant equipment such as excavators and front-end loaders, while contributing to a safe and efficient site.
We are seeking experienced operators; however, motivated entry-level applicants are also welcome to apply, with full training provided.

What You’ll Do
- Operate mobile and fixed plant
- Maintain safety, health, and environmental standards
- Perform basic maintenance, labouring, and housekeeping
- Report hazards and incidents promptly
What You’ll Need
- Mobile plant/heavy equipment experience (preferred)
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Loader ticket and mechanical aptitude (preferred)
