IQM in Espoo invites an Equipment Engineer to own uptime of cutting-edge semiconductor tools, ramp up new equipment, and push reliability to meet our production targets and roadmap.

You will perform preventive maintenance, lead tool upgrades, and collaborate with Production, QPU Process, QPU Development, and Facilities. The role rewards a hands-on mindset, meticulous documentation, and team communication in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
