The work
The performance of a quantum computer starts in the cleanroom. As a Quantum Engineer (Advanced / Senior / Staff level), you'll lead the development of fabrication processes for IQM's next generation of quantum chips. Working across R&D, design, and production teams, you'll solve complex engineering challenges and transform experimental breakthroughs into scalable manufacturing technologies.
