Position: Quantity Surveyor/Estimator
Salary: ₱90,000 – ₱130,000/month
Working Hours & Conditions: Mondays to Fridays; 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM New Zealand Time
Holidays: TBD
OVERVIEW
The company is seeking a Quantity Surveyor and Estimator responsible for estimating, quantity take-offs, subcontractor coordination, contract administration, and financial management across residential projects, while ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with Health & Safety standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Carry out estimation, measuring, and quantity take-offs for residential projects.
- Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor tender quotations.
- Prepare subcontract documents and issue purchase orders.
- Assess, manage, and track project variations.
- Process subcontractor and supplier payment claims.
