Job Description

Job Responsibilities: Perform quantity take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ) for projects. Assist in preparation of tender documents and procurement processes. Support Contracts Manager in cost submissions, budgeting, and contracts documentation. Prepare cost estimates, progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts. Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, site personnel, and internal departments to obtain information for costing and project administration. Assist in evaluating subcontractor and supplier quotations. Prepare supplier and subcontractor payment recommendations and related documentation. Attend site meetings, progress meetings, and coordination meetings as required. Ensure proper documentation and filing of contracts, correspondences, and project records. Perform ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned.
