5 days work per week Job Duties:- Pre & Post contract Qty taking off Preparation of progress claim Final account qty check and submission Monitor construction cost within budget Contract issue and negogiation Preparing tender and contract documents, Carry out cost analysis, monitoring cost variations and report Ad hoc duties by Contract Manager Requirement:- Minimum Degree holder Minimum 3years experience (Prefer in Infra/civil Project) Able to work as a team Responsible, detail & careful Attitude Good in microsoft office
