QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Assist Tender manager with project tender and to assist Project managerto establish the quantity, unit rate, cost. Manage the procurement, evaluation,claim, payment process and prepare the necessary data for cost reporting. Core Responsibilities 1. Quantity take-off and generation of Schedule of Quantity 2. Request for quotation from vendor and preparation of subcontractagreement and / or purchase order. 3. Handle progress claims and progress payment, VO & finalization ofaccounts 4. To work closely with the Project Team providing cost and financialadvice as well as contractual support and advice during pre-construction,construction and post construction stage. 5. As and when required, you could also travel to and visit work site 6. Assist in the procurement of sub-contractors and suppliers ofspecified materials 7.
