Green DCBM LTD is a Residential and Commercial Development company with Sites in Wexford, Kilkenny and Dublin . Head Office based in Wexford Town.
We have a number of projects coming up which include Housing, Apartments, Nursing Homes and Student Accommodation
We are looking for quantity surveyor to join our team. You will get the opportunity to work on different projects from planning to completion. You will be Based in Wexford.
Responsibilities
Prepare Budget costs for Projects.
Procurement and management of sub-contractors and materials.
Cost monitoring and reporting on projects.
Liaise with site teams, and subcontractors to resolve any issues and maintain project progress.
Agree Final Accounts.
5+ years’ experience. Must have residential Experience
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
IT Skills including Microsoft Office and Cubit esti...
