Quantity Surveyor

We are currently working in partnership with a specialist construction and property solutions contractor based in Potters Bar , who are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor on a permanent basis.

The position is due to start on notice and offers a salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum , dependent on experience.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree-level qualification in Quantity Surveying or have experience working on external façade, cladding and brickwork projects, and hold a full UK driving licence.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Managing external façade, cladding and brickwork projects ranging from £50k to £50m

• Preparing cost plans, valuations, variations and final accounts

• Monitoring project budgets and ensuring commercial performance targets are achieved
