Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibilities: Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates considering materials, labour, and equipment

Perform detailed quantity take-offs and measurements for tender works

Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and schedules of rates

Develop tender cost plans and budgets based on drawings and specifications

Assist in tender preparation, evaluation, and cost comparison

Assist in liaising and building strong working relationships with main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers

Any other ad hoc task as assigned by Manager or Management
