Quantity Surveyor

Reading and understanding drawings and perform measurements.

• Preparing Bills of Quantities.
• Understanding tender/contract document/specifications/terms of contract.
• Analyzing quotations/prices/rates, build-up rates and perform pricing.
• Preparing variation claims/project payment claims
• Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets and other documents.
• Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
• Any other assigned job as assigned.
• Diploma in Building/Quantity Surveying/Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the Construction Sector
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
