Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Study and review the tender documents, which include specifications, drawings, commercial requirements and technical requirements.
Attends to site meetings and tender show rounds as and when required.
Attend site visits and familiar with our project sites progress and clarification.
Compilation of quotations, comparison of quotes, review of prices, selection of competitive prices and summarizing subcontractors, materials and equipment.
Estimation of indirect costs.
Compile unit rates, construction equipment rates and other cost information requirement for the bid.
Compile realistic budgeting / costing analysis.
Assist in the preparation of tender summary for management review.
Prepare supporting information for the management during tender negotiation stage.
