Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take off Bills of Quantities (BoQ) from Electrical, ACMV (Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation), Fire Protection, and Architectural drawings.
  • Prepare cost estimates, price comparisons, and costing summaries.
  • Manage tender submissions, including studying addendums and corrigendum documents.
  • Coordinate, monitor, and control supplier materials and equipment.
  • Generally requires at least 2 years of relevant experience in M&E construction.
