Responsibilities

  • Preparation of comprehensive tender documents, detailed bill of quantities, and the development of the project's overall budget.
  • Assessment and compilation of monthly progress claims.
  • Conducting cost analysis and cost control throughout the project.
  • Evaluating and negotiating contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
  • Collaborating with project teams to ensure adherence to budget constraints.

Requirements

  • Min Diploma in Building / Construction or Quantity Surveying
  • Able to use AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
  • Good communication skills
  • Independent & responsible for the construction project assigned
  • Resourceful & maintain good relationship with sub-contractors
