Quantity Surveyor

Salary: $2800 - $3500

Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 9am – 630pm

Location: Ubi

Responsibilities
  • Measure & price tender for any project of the company.
  • Coordinate and attend client and consultant meetings and other relevant parties for smooth progress claim & VO for the project.
  • Perform any other works and tasks directed by superiors.
  • Participate in weekly site meetings with sub‑contractor and supplier for smooth execution of works and ensure sub‑contractor and supplier complete their works and tasks under the agreed contract signed.
  • Tabulate all relevant costing site by site and keep a master file at head quarter office.
  • Negotiate with sub‑contractor and supplier to ensure quotations or pricing given are under project budget.
