Quantity Surveyor - Social Housing

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor, with a background working on social housing contracts/schemes? Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a regional, social housing contractor who are currently looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis to oversee projects across South & West Yorkshire. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial success of our social housing contracts, through negotiating with sub contractors and managing costs throughout the schemes. Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor working in the social housing sector. Ideally, a degree in Quantity Surveying Strong understanding of cost management and sub-contractor procurement.
