Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic project and sales support team. You will play a key role in project bidding, cost control, technical design support, and site evaluation for ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit Q&A and tender documentation
  • Assist Sales & Project Managers with proposals, cost estimates, design drafts, and schedules
  • Produce detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions
  • Source and negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors
  • Monitor budget adherence and control costs throughout the project lifecycle
  • Provide design and technical support for ELV security systems
  • Prepare AutoCAD construction drawings and installation plans
