About the role

E-Mesh (S) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in the North-East Region. This full-time position is a pivotal role, responsible for providing expert cost management and quantity surveying services to support the successful delivery of our diverse construction projects.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare detailed estimates, bills of quantities, and cost plans for construction projects
• Analyse tender documents and drawings to identify, quantify, and price construction works
• Negotiate and administer contracts, valuations, and final accounts with contractors
• Provide advice on contractual matters, claims, and risk management
• Assist in the development and implementation of cost control systems and procedures
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
