Conduct detailed quantity take-offs using industry-standard software, ensuring precision and reliability in measurements. Develop comprehensive reports and documentation detailing material quantities, cost estimates, and bill of quantities. Collaborate with project managers to analyze project requirements, budgets, and timelines, providing insights to support decision-making. Implement efficient reporting systems to track project progress, expenditures, and variances against budgeted costs. Monitor and analyze cost data throughout the project lifecycle, identifying trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost optimization. Prepare timely and accurate reports for stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, cost forecasts, and potential risks.
