Quantity Surveyor

This is a full-time, on-site Quantity Surveyor role based Rawalpindi. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost control, estimating project costs, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), managing cost planning and reporting, and ensuring projects are completed within budget. Additional tasks include analyzing project specifications, preparing accurate reports, and collaborating closely with other project team members to ensure cost efficiency and financial transparency.
Qualifications
A strong understanding of Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning
Experience in preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
Proficiency in Cost Reporting, with the ability to provide clear and accurate financial reports
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and mathematical skills
Proficiency in relevant software tools for quantity surveying and cost estimation
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
