Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced QUANTITY SURVEYOR to manage cost estimation and budget control for your projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction cost management, contract administration and ensuring project profitability.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
• Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and material analysis.
• Evaluate and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to budget limits.
• Manage variations
