Quantity Surveyor (Process Systems)

Job Purpose : The Quantity Surveyor (Process Systems) is responsible for managing all contractual and financial aspects of mechanical, piping, and process plant construction projects. Unlike general civil QS roles, this position focuses on specialized high-purity piping, equipment installation, instrumentation, and modular process systems. The role aims to manage costs, mitigate risks, and maximize project profitability while ensuring compliance with strict engineering and industry standards. Key Responsibilities
Cost Estimating & Quantity Take-Offs Perform detailed quantity take-offs from P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), isometric drawings, and 3D plant models. Prepare cost estimates for specialized materials such as stainless steel, alloy piping, and high-purity plastics, as well as complex fabrication and welding procedures, including orbital welding.
