We are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team and manage project costs, ensure financial accuracy, and support successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and tender documents
- Monitor and manage project budgets, forecasting and controlling costs
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Understand client requirements and perform quantities take-off from RCP and marked drawings
- Prepare BOQ based on specification sheets from sales and design teams
- Identify discrepancies between BOQ, drawings, specifications, and contracts
- Participate in pre-tendering activities and raise relevant pre-bid queries
